INFECTION PREVENTION CONTROL:

The following proactive measures have been implemented to reduce the spread of the virus:

Intense Cleaning – The facility is cleaned and disinfected regularly during the day.

Our cleaners have increased the concentration of their disinfection solutions.

Our staff routinely practice touch surface cleaning and wipe all equipment, scanning  and work areas between every patient.

Standard Hygiene – We continue to promote good hygiene. Washing hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands.

Physical Distancing – Staff are encouraged to practice physical distancing at all times. We urge patients to respect this strictly and practice physical distancing too. Please do not come in with a companion. Your companion can wait outside the unit or in the car whilst you are getting your diagnostic test done.

Staff Screening – All staff are screened at the start of their shift. If staff have any symptoms they are asked to stay home.

If you are concerned you may have been exposed to, or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (coronavirus), please contact your primary healthcare provider or call

Telehealth at 1-866-797-0000.

We thank you for your support and wish you all good health. Stay safe.
